Find answers on how to create and manage your account on La Scratcheuse.

  • How do I create an account ?
    Click to create an account or on one of our several 'Sign up' buttons (in the main navigation bar or in the music maker header for example), then follow the instructions.
    You can create an account with:
    • Your Google account
    • Your Facebook profile
    • Providing your email, first name, last name, and a password
    Creating an account on La Scratcheuse is completely free.
  • How do I delete my account ?
    You can delete your account and all of its data at the bottom of your settings page.
    We don’t keep any of your data. Be careful before doing this action, it cannot be undone and everything is deleted permanently.
  • Is my data safe on LS ?
    Yes, your data is completely safe on La Scratcheuse.
    We implemented security measures so that only you can access your sensible information.
    Besides, we don't sell any of your data to any external service.

  • Do you sell my data ?
    No, we don’t sell any data to any external or advertising entity.
    Your data is only used on our side to provide you with the best and most personalized experience possible.

  • Do you have a newsletter ?
    Yes, we send a newsletter about our new features, our best beats, ... twice every month.
    Our newsletter is completely free, you can subscribe from your email preferences, or unsubscribe at any moment.

  • Do I receive emails when creating an account on LS ?
    Yes, LS can send you emails depending on your actions on our website.
    We try to send you as few emails as we can because we know that your inbox can fill up pretty quickly, and we don’t want to spam you 😉
    At the moment, LS sends some emails when:
    • you create an account
    • you make a beat
    • you receive a like or a comment on one of your beat
    • someone replies to one of your comments
    • someone follows you
    • ...
    You can update your email preferences at any time in your profile settings.
  • How do I manage my account ?
    You can update your account settings by clicking on the gear next to your profile infos in the header.
    If you want to update your cover / banner, go to your profile page.
  • Can I use LS without an account ?
    Yes. LS is completely free, and you can use our website, create beats, ... even if you don’t have an account.
    Without a free account, you can still:
    • Have an unlimited access to packs of sounds
    • Make up to 2 beats / day
    • Favorite packs of sounds
    However, your capabilities are limited, you can’t comment, like, download, ... So we recommend , so that you have the best and most personalized free experience.
  • Can I add a payment method ?
    Yes, you can add a payment method from your 'My plan' page under the settings menu.
    LS accepts and secures all credit and debit cards.
  • Can I change my credit card information ?
    Yes, you can change the credit card info that you set in La Scratcheuse from your 'My plan' page under the settings menu.
